I drew this for the Before and After improvement meme, but i ended up kind of liking it, so I thought I'd upload it bigger too.

EDIT: No, this guy isn't Peter from Alice in the Country of Hearts!
If you look at the improvement meme below, you'll see I designed this character back in 2002. Country of Hearts came out in 2007. So I figure Quin Rose owes me royalties for the character design or something. XD
