Old lineart from last year that I decided to colour in Photoshop.

I was disappointed that we never got to see Fay's parents. We saw Kurogane's, why not Fay's? ;_; All we know is that his father was the King of Valeria's brother and died of an illness and his mother committed suicide soon afterwards.

Valeria may have been a horribly narrow minded country, ruled by a crazy tyrant, but I think that there must have been a small amount of time when little Fay's family was happy before it was torn apart by tragedy.


I tried to make Fay's Dad look like him, but manlier. As for Fay's mother... Fay said that he created Chii in his mother's image, but since he was such a small child when he was separated from her, I thought he'd be a little bit off on the details and just put all that he could remember of her into Chii.

EDIT: Yes, Fay actually created Chii to look like his mother! It is in the manga!

every time I remember the story of fay, I want to mourn, but wind this picture I think, well at least a nice tube birth time with his family, and best pass from now on this with the other kids on that trip .

owh, that's so pretty. good job: they are really good. Didn't remember that Chii-Fye's motehr resemblance, but if you say so...oh, well, anyway, well done.

yeah, CLAMP has a gift in creating tragic histories. my lord, I think the second half of Tsubasa RC is almost all about suffering! - the plots of their histories really impress me.
